Entering through the laundry, taking the left door, you enter a hallway, with the original bathroom (shower, vanity unit & toilet) at one end & a large double bedroom at the opposite end, plus the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Going through into main living, dining & kitchen area, this is light & spacious & is decorated as a classic kiwi bach in a funky style. The high ceiling with exposed timbers makes this area roomy & with plenty of light coming through the windows.
The kitchen is basic but practical with electric stove & sufficient storage for a bach & overlooks the front garden.
The sliding doors at the end of the living area allows access to the deck & then into the back garden & down to the jetty. The perfect spot to moor the kayaks. Please note that the jetty is not consented.
Outside, there is a garage next to the house with plenty of room to store the holiday toys. There are a couple of garden sheds in front of the garage for extra storage.
Water is supplied by a private water scheme for residents of Totara Avenue only and it costs $80.00 per year.
The property is on septic tank.
